For more information and a schedule check out their Web site at: www.webmhcc.org
Starting in the spring there are a number of organized training rides in the area every week. The two rides that offer the most intensity are the Tuesday nite CBRC/MHCC ride in Feura Bush and the Thursday night at 5:30 p.m. MHCC ride in the Delmar Park 'n' Ride.

Tuesday's ride is a race / interval format around a loop of public roads that are open to traffic. There are at least two groups, divided up according to skill. Riders should be members of either CBRC or MHCC. Rides start at 6 pm, some folks get there at 5 p.m. to warm up. The Tuesday night ride is for experienced riders with no aerobars allowed.
